**IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PAYMENTS** We accept all forms of credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal payments. You are not required to have a PayPal account to process your credit card payment. However, we do use PayPal for the safe processing of credit card payments. Orders will only be shipped to a "confirmed" PayPal and/or credit card address.
An address is considered "confirmed" if your credit card billing address matches your shipping address (i.e., your shipping address would need to be the same address where you receive your credit card statements). As mentioned in our Policies, we only ship to confirmed mailing addresses. For the safe arrival of your package, we only ship to addresses that have been confirmed by PayPal.
**RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY**
We take loving care to provide accurate descriptions of our items and include many beautiful pictures showing the product details. We are always happy to answer any questions prior to purchase. Therefore, all sales are final.
However, occasionally we can accommodate an exchange.

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange authorization.
After 3 days, all sales are final.
The exchange will be for an item or items of equal price.
Bedding or packaged items must not have been removed from the package.
We cannot exchange items that have been removed from the package.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
The item being sent back for an exchange must be post marked within 3 days of exchange authorization and fully insured with signature delivery confirmation.
For all items - the measurements are listed in the description of the item.
For bedding items, before you make your purchase, be sure to measure your bed to insure that the item will fit properly and drape down over the edges in the fashion you like. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect all items upon receipt and follow all manufacturer tag instructions on bedding.
Please ask all questions prior to purchase. Questions cheerfully answered, so please don't hesitate to ask!
In order to facilitate an exchange, please note that you must have prior authorization in order for us to accept a returned package. Upon approval for an exchange, the RA# (return authorization number) will be considered the tracking / delivery confirmation number you provide to us when you ship your item. All returns must be fully insured and in their original packaging with the RA# emailed to us on the day it is shipped.
Any items that are unclaimed or returned without prior authorization will either be refused and returned back to you at your expense or you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and issued a store credit for the remaining balance of the purchase price, minus all shipping costs. Any items that have been removed from their packaging will be charged a 25% restock fee. No refunds will be issued for unauthorized returns. Please note that we do not "price match" other vendor products.
Cut yardage (fabric) or bedding that has been removed from its package is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
However, if you discover that you made an error in color, size, or quantity, please contact us and we will be happy to help you out with an exchange of an item or items of equal value, or we will be happy to issue a Store credit. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making your purchase. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
